It is fully equipped with air condition and heating.
There is no elevator. We require a minimum stay of 3 nights. The check-in is between 9 am and 8 pm. For
late/early arrivals there is a surcharge of 20 euro.

Stay in a quiet and elegant residential area of Rome
Via Serranti is the short side street on the left going up, at the square called Piazza Madonna del Cenacolo, up to Via Massimi (where the Loyola University Rome Center campus is located). We are very close to the Vatican (2 miles, you can go even walking as we do)
and to the Metro Balduina Station, only 5 stops to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain etc (few minutes) and to the Historical Center (Historical Center in Rome is very very wide from Vatican to Colosseum), but in a residential area that is very quiet (in the morning we hear the birds singing) and very, very
safe. At our B&B guests will find a very friendly italian family atmosphere. Our B&B is a wonderful penthouse with spacious, lovely terraces with beautiful
flowers and with an astonishing panorama. If you are traveling via public transportation (trains, buses), the best way to travel in Rome and in Italy, there is here full availability and a wide
choice. In addition it's the only place in Rome where you can find free parking for your car!

Domus Julia is a lodging house in a small palace of 1700 epoch completely restructured.
