The Fattoria del Cerretino is one of the most beautiful farmhouse in Umbria
The three houses constituting the Farmhouse are Umbria typical rural buildings dating back to the XIX Century, once used as houses and farming annexes of the farmers who were living there. It has been owned by Giannelli family since the ‘40s, they have been restored during the middle of the ‘90s in the full respect of the surrounding environment and Umbria architectonic tradition, obtaining seven apartments and three bedrooms. Every apartment has different features meeting very well the different needs. All of them are independent, including autonomous heating, kitchen with electric oven, gas cookers, fridge, kitchenware, bathrooms with shower and bed linen, towels and table linen.
