The hotel is situated in the Commune of Monte San Giusto, in the province of Macerata, just a kilometer away from the newly formed province of Fermo.

Above most the Sferisterio of Macerata famous for its lyric season, the Sanctuary of the Black Madonna of Loreto and Recanati the town that gave birth to the famous Italian poet Giacomo Leopardi.
