In Maremma, Tuscany, you can find The holiday home 'La Cuccumella', an oasis of peace set in the plain at the foot of the medieval village of Campiglia Marittima, next to the Natural park of Montioni and 7 kms from the Follonica Gulf seaside.
It is composed of 10 flats each named after one of the isles of the Tuscany archipelago.
On the ground floor there are two three- room flats with entrance from the garden, each composed of two double bed- rooms, a wide living- room with double sofa-bed and full-equipped kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower one of which equipped for disabled person.
In front of these two flats there is a nice outdoor area with tables and chairs.
At the 1st floor there are four 45sqmt double-room flats, each having a wide living-room with two bed-chairs and fully equipped kitchenette (there is no oven), a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The furniture is simple and this makes the rooms cosy and airy.
Two of these flats have independent entrance from an external staircase leading to a wide 25 sqmt private covered terrace with tables and seats.
At the 2nd floor there are four more double-room 45 sqmt flats.There is no elevator.
Cuccumella offers to its little hosts:
