Casa Verde is an ancient stone-built house is spread out over three floors, comfortably accommodating max 4 people with its two double bedrooms. Each bedroom also has its own adjacent bathroom, providing a toilet, washbasin, bath/shower and freshly washed towels.
There are also a living area which include a hearty fireplace, satellite TV, comfy sofas, a small library of books and internet access with usb modem. The separate kitchen provides use of oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster and coffee maker. Casa Verde provides electric heaters.
Stepping outside you’ll find a lovely sunny terrace, with garden furniture and a barbeque to make the most of the beautiful setting. There is also a second terrace on the top floor, providing a peaceful, private setting for a romantic moment or some quiet reflection. You are also a short walk from the large, well-tended shared garden, and the gorgeous shared pool.

Beautifully restored half of a countryhouse, Cesa al 3 comprises three levels plus a basement, is about 140 m2 and can accomodate up to 6 persons. On the ground floor, a living room with a fireplace, a bright kitchen and a balcony which offers stunning views over the wonderful surrounding nature. On the 1st floor there are two nicely furnished bedrooms each with original high double beds. On the top floor there is a garret which comprises a double bedroom and a full bath with shower. In the basement there is a full bath with shower and a pretty cellar with table for 6 people and sat-tv. Outside, a private large garden completely fenced (1000 m2), a private backyard equipped with garden furniture, a wood-burning oven for delicious pizzas and roasted chicken. In our holiday house you will find as well: books, tourist brochures. Walking distance from a shared garden (1000 m2) with shared swimming pool.

All houses provide exposed beams, original terracotta tiles pavements and either Tuscan rural or modern design furniture. An added plus is the neighbouring farm, where you'll be able to buy freshly laid eggs and vegetables pulled right out of their field. The area has a great friendly atmosphere and you’ll feel right at home during your stay.
