The villa can accomodate up to ten people. It is a typical old Tuscany villa, restored same years ago. It is a two-storey house (about 200 mq. in total): the ground floor includes a large dining and sitting room, a kitchen with dishwasher and all other domestic appliances and an open fireplace, a store room with the washmachine, a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs include three double bedrooms , a bathroom with bathtub and shower and another bathroom with hydromassage tub. There are in total 10 bedplaces in 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. No sofa bed. All upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning.
In the dining and sitting room you find TV and Vcr and SAT connection: so you can choose among many channels (CNN, BBC, CNBC, movies chan.) in English languadge.
There is also the telephone and Internet wireless speed connection.
Heating is by baseboard electric units controlled by room thermostats. The house is surrounded by a spacious outdoor area and garden, with a barbecue. A wonderful private swimming pool is situated just in the middle of the garden
