There is ample opportunity to make the most of the fantastic sea of Siracusa. The villa is only 200 metres away from a free beach, but there is also a lido equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas, and a yacht club. Sailing and motor boats are available for rent, and on request you can also use a Diving Center that has an agreement with the PADI and SSI. The main attraction for skin divers is "La Baia dell'Arenella," which has recently received the "Blue Flag" for its clean waters. In the nearby area, there is also a tennis court, a restaurant, a pizzeria, and a supermarket.
