Villa Gigi is a comfy holiday home located in Fanusa, close by Syracuse in Sicily. The Fanusa seaside resort is located about 12 km from Syracuse; it is a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood looking over the blue Ionian sea. The main feature of this area is a low rocky coastline and a clean blue sea offering unique panoramas, where often schools of coloured fishes pass through. Only 2 km away, guests will find nice shops, public phones and restaurants. Fanusa is served by public transport which guarantees the connection with Syracuse (every 90 minutes).
Villa Gigi is furnished in a nice modern style and can accommodate up to 8 people. The building has a large veranda looking over a blue crystalline sea, the ideal place for having meals and for pleasant moment of relaxation in the nice season. Villa Gigi is composed of two double bedrooms (one extra bed can bed added in one of the two rooms), another bedroom with 3 single beds, one bathroom with bathtub, another bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with dining-corner and fire-place.
The Villa is surrounded by a pleasant and well kept garden (1.000sqm) with plants, palm trees and English lawn. In addition Villa Gigi is provided with air conditioning system, alarm system and washing machine. On request you can have TV, rent bikes and boats and check in after 9:00 PM. Parking space is also available inside the property.
Villa Gigi offers all the services of a Hotel, but with the total privacy and independence of a private house.
