The Villa Flavia Bed & Breakfast is located on the ground floor of an early Twentieth-Century country-house built for the grandfather of the current owner when the area was covered in vine groves. Now the area is an elegant residential centre which is easily reached from the "Anagnina" Metro "A" line terminus in ten minutes by car or bus (the bus stop is just a few metres from the gates to the house). The country-house is elegant and refined and has been furnished with taste and simplicity to make sure that you feel at home no matter how far away you really are.

The Bed & Breakfast offers its guests three double rooms with two private bathrooms, a living room with fireplace, a veranda in the garden and, if required, use of the kitchen. The house is ideal for children and babies of ages up to 3, who are free to play away in the special equipped garden area. The building also has parking spaces for the guests.

This Bed & Breakfast is ideal for those who want to make tourist trips in the name of culture and cuisine in the capital and surrounding areas enjoying, at the same time, a fresh and relaxing area full of eateries (from the most refined restaurants to simple places offering wine, snacks and titbits) where you can taste the typical cuisine of Rome.

The Villa Flavia Bed & Breakfast is also perfect for those who come to the South-East of Rome (Tor Vergata University, Astronomic Observatory, Rome "Ciampino" Airport, "Ring Road" industrial area) for work reasons.
