Villa Anna Maria is a lovely residence surrounded by a large Botanical Garden which has trees of all kinds from over 200 years. The garden has a romantic nature with flowers which change as the seasons go by. Villa Anna Maria belongs to a system of 18th-Century villas, holiday residences or entertainment homes for the nobility from Pisa, Lucca and sometimes Florence. These homes face the slopes of the Monti Pisani towards Lucca. The very favourable climate which the area manages to maintain in the critical periods of the year (late Summer and Winter) has favoured the development over the last 5 centuries of these "historic residences" which mark out the indelible quality of the area.

The residence, on three floors, was completely restructured in recent years, revealing all the original frescoes. All the rooms, spacious and furnished with age-old furniture, have a telephone, fridge, television and VCR. Some of the rooms also have a fireplace. The residence also offers its guests a billiards room and games room, a library and a video library on the inside and a swimming pool, table tennis and other games in the Gardens outdoors. Breakfast is served in a nice room inside, in the conservatory or in the garden. Dinner can also be booked if you require. Private parking in the Gardens. Bicycles, scooters and cars available on request.

Villa Anna Maria is located in Molina di Quosa along State Highway 12 (Abetone), a mountain road which links Pisa and Lucca and about 8 kilometres from these two cities. The nearest beach is about 5 kilometres (Marina di Vecchiano) while Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are about 20 kilometres away. The San Giuliano Spas are about 2 kilometres away while the Casciana Spas are about 15 kilometres away. There are several nearby horse-riding centres and tennis courts. Just 5 kilometres to the natural S. Rossore Park and the Migliarino Farm. Only 10 kilometres to the nature oasis of Lake Massaciuccoli and the Lake Puccini Tower.

Galilei Airport in Pisa is just 15 kilometres away, Rigoli train station 500 metres away and the Pisa North (A12) and Lucca (A11) motorway exits 6 kilometres away. There is a bus service for Pisa and Lucca every hour. The bus stop is just 50 metres from the Villa.
