Uta Bed and Breakfast represents something new and special in this neighbourhood: the ideal place for those who love total privacy, tranquillity and relaxation without giving up to comfort. Here, you will find heating and cooling system, TV, mini-bar, gazebo with sun-decks (in summer only), a nice garden, free parking space, garage on request and Internet point. A few minutes from Cagliari airport and city centre, the B&B is close to Monte Arcosu (WWF nature park).
The B&B is on two levels: on the 1st floor you will find two separate entrances which lead one to the "green zone" composed of 2 matrimonial double rooms and 1 twin bedded double room, sharing 1 bathroom, and the other to the "yellow zone" composed of 2 matrimonial double rooms, 1 twin bedded double room with extra sofa bed for 2 people and 1 bathroom to share.
While in Winter breakfast is served in a nice room on the ground floor, in Summer you can taste in the garden. Breakfast is composed of tea, coffee, milk, fruit-juices, croissants, bread, butter and jam. Yoghurt, salami and choices of cheese are available on request.
The location of UTA B&B offers to guests both the opportunity to visit Sardinia's Southern coast without having to drive for too many kilometres, and to explore one of the most pacific mountain area of the region. Not to mention the old Sulcis or Guspini mines, the ruins of Nora (a punic-phoenician city), the Nuraghi complex of Barumini and Tharros ruins. Streets in this area have improved a lot over the last years making it much easier for visitors to drive around.
The B&B would be glad to organise for you shuttle service to and from the beach. Price of this service must be settled with the innkeepers according to your needs.
