Tenuta Specolizzi is comprised of a cluster of buildings, originally used as store for farming equipment, stables, hay loft, and cattle shed; all recently restored and converted in stylish guest rooms and apartments. The rooms have all been tastefully furnished according to the traditional style of the region and equipped with every modern comfort. Each apartment leads out on to a furnished patio and private garden.
From 09.00 to 11.00 owners, Mario and Silvana, serve guests a rich buffet brunch featuring gastronomic specialities characteristic of rural Apulia. In the garden of Tenuta Specolizzi there is are two swimming pools and a solarium where to enjoy moments of complete relaxation. Other leisure facilities available to guests include a bowling green and private beach, this latter situated just 2kms away from the property. In the vicinity of the Tenuta one finds a golf course, tennis courts, five-a-side football pitch, horse riding facilities, and jogging routes.

La Tenuta Agrituristica Specolizzi is situated in Salve, a small town in the southern most part of Puglia, on the Ionic coast, and a mere 2 kilometers from the sea. This is an area where all the most beautiful of Puglia's beaches can be found: Pescoluse (affectionately known as the Maldives of the Salento), Marine di Ugento, Torre Vado, Torre Mozza, Torre Pali, Lido Marini. From the Tenuta, numerous sites of great cultural interest such as Lecce, S. Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Porto Cesareo and Otranto are all within easy driving distance.
