San Niccolò apartment, located on a second floor (with lift), consists of a wonderful typical Florentine salon furnished with charming equipment and characterised with two large and luminous windows looking out on the famous and quiet street of San Niccolò. Not to mention the antique fireplace with the carved emblem of the "Stiozzi-Ridolfi" noble family! The sofabed in the salon may operate also as comfortable queen-bed. There are two double bedrooms available: one room is very romantic and has a king-size bed, the other one has twin beds and is furnished in nautical style. The two bathrooms are equipped with bathtube and shower. Each room has "cotto" (Tuscan terracotta) or refined parquet flooring.
