An extremely elegant apartment which has been recently restructured, located on the first floor of a building near the "Rialto Bridge" and the busy "Mercerie" area, "Rialto" is an independent home right in the heart of Venice. Although the area is very central, it is also very quiet and peaceful and you can get to Saint Mark's Square in less than five minutes on foot. The apartment, which can house up to 5 people, is furnished with considerable style and has been carefully and cleverly restructured to maintain the charm of a Venetian house. Despite this, it also has all mod cons so that your stay is one of pure relaxation and comfort.
The apartment is spread over 80 square metres and has a "day" area offering the following: living/dining room (with a twin sofa bed, table and chairs, sideboard, TV unit and stereo), kitchenette (with fridge/freezer, gas oven with smoke extractor hood, cooker, dishwasher and vacuum cleaner). The "night" area consists of a single bedroom (single bed, bedside table, abat-jour, chair, wardrobe, dressing table with mirrors), a twin bedroom (double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and dressing table with mirrors and wardrobe), a bathroom with a large shower cubicle and another small bathroom. All the rooms have air conditioning.
