Residenza Ca Venexia is a spacious (about 120 m2) and very "sunny" flat located on the second floor of a XVIII Century Venetian building, but it has been completely restored and refurnished at the beginning of 2009. All the rooms have a wonderful view into a typical canal where the gondolas ride their tours.
The apartment is composed by 2 double rooms, a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, a dining room with another sofa bed for 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Residenza Ca Venexia is provided with TV and DVD player, radio and CD player, washing machine, fan, self controlled heating.
The Fondamente Nuove bus stop is just 100 metres away from the flat.
We will be pleased to come and pick you up there, therefore we kindly ask you to give us a ring before catching the boat.
Rialto Bridge is located only 5 minutes walking. San Marco Square only 10 minutes away and so is the famous and romantic Miracoli Church. A supermarket is located less than 100 meters
From the flat you can easily reach walking either the Arsenale and the Biennale art exhibition
