The building consists of a double-room unit with two 2 double beds (two bathrooms with shower enclosures) and four single-room units with double beds and bathrooms with shower enclosures, for a total of 12 bed spaces. All the apartments have fully-equipped kitchen units, air-conditioning and televisions. The apartments share a courtyard.
The building is in the heart of Siracusa, less than one kilometre from the old city centre (Ortigia Island), the place chosen by the ancient Greeks to found the city and where it is still possible today to bathe in the solariums all around the island, just 800 metres from the Riviera Residence. The sea is also just a stone's throw away.
