The villa has 3 splendid independent apartments, each with its own special personality and features. The "Lemon House" is an independent apartment on two floors which can house up to 8 people. The ground floor has a large entrance with a view of the garden, a living and dining room with a large fireplace, a kitchen with a washing machine and a dishwasher, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The top floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower, the other with a bath-tub. The apartment also has its own private garden. The "Red House" is a ground-floor apartment for up to 4 people. It has an entrance-kitchen-dining room area with beautiful glass panelling looking onto the garden, a living room and 2 twin bedrooms, each with its own personal bathroom with shower. The apartment also has its own private garden. The "Geranium Room" is an apartment on two floors which can house up to 2 people. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a fireplace. The top floor has a bedroom and bathroom (with both a shower and a bath-tub). The kitchen has a cooker, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Just a few kilometres from the villa, you will find the small town of Ponte a Vicchio, a typical town in this area, and its fine restaurant "La Casa del Prosciutto - The Home of the Ham" where you can buy various types of local produce. Just a kilometre away is Vicchio, where you can go shopping, or the train station to get you to Florence in just 45 minutes.
Within the radius of one kilometre, then, you will find sports facilities with a swimming pool, tennis courts and a horse-riding centre. The splendid "Poggio dei Medici" golf course, in Scarperia, is just 16 Km away.
