A nice country Inn in a quiet corner of Siena's countryside
In a quiet corner of Siena's countryside, approximately midway between Rapolano Terme and Asciano there is Podere Scurcoli. The farmhouse is composed of two stone houses on top of a hill surrounded by 70 hectares of well kept grounds with a small lake for fishing. Situated in one of the last natural intact paradises in Tuscany, the farmhouse has a stunning swimming pool with a very panoramic position overlooking the famous "Crete Senesi" area and a solarium area with beach umbrellas and deckchairs.
In the particular landscape created by the clayish soil of the "Crete Senesi", with their white gullies and creeks, these three apartments were tastefully restored keeping their original structure with terracotta tile floors, wooden beams and stone walls.
House Scurcoli: 8 guests - 150m²: The apartment is composed of living room, large kitchen with dining area, four bedrooms: two double bedrooms - one with three single beds - one with double bed and one single bed, two baths with shower; all the apartment is at first floor. An outside large veranda with fireplace and oven and a bath with shower are on the ground floor.
House Capanna: 5 guests - 60m²: Apartment located on the ground floor with independent entrance, composed of living-dining room with kitchen corner, double bedroom. bathroom with shower and large mezzanine floor with three single beds.
House Torre: 2 guests - 45m²: Apartment with independent entrance with covered veranda, living-dining room with kitchen corner and double sofa bed. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outside each apartment has its private outdoor area, furnished with tables and chairs. Each house has kitchen equipment, TV, linens, towels. Bed and bath lines are changed once a week.
