Overlooking the sea and framed by the splendid Etruscan hills of Tarquinia with their wealth of culture and history, the Podere Giulio farm is located in countryside of almost unspoilt natural beauty. The farm offers its visitors an harmonious setting combining the old and the new for those who appreciate nature, art and sport. The completely converted farmhouse, which still maintains its original structure, is situated on a 100 hectare farm run by three young brothers.

The 10 separate apartments created within the main complex of buildings all have attic rooms and independent central heating. Each has been elegantly and tastefully fitted and furnished to offer every modern, up to date convenience. Each apartment is equipped with: TV, Fridge, Attic room, Independent central heating

The large restaurant dining room with veranda offers local and seasonal specialities, plus an fireplace for cooking tasty grilled meats and a wood-fired oven for pizzas.

For those who love sport, there is sea fishing, skin-diving, bike riding, a nearby horse-riding school (by arrangement) and a golf course.

A splendid tree-lined private avenue (approx. 1 km) for walking, bike riding or driving, links the 10 mini-apartments with the farm's pine-wood, (perfect for days spent reading and relaxing). This in turn leads to the beach and a calm, clean sea for an unforgettable holiday.

But the real force of the farm "Podere Giulio", is the production of vegetables , in fact the young farmer is busy every year in the cultivation of 40 ha of land with irriguous possibility , which helps the production of biological vegetables as: tomatoes 12ha at year; cucombers 10ha at year; melons 2ha at year; artichokes; asparaguses; fennels; marrows; aubergines; peppers; potatoes

The farm is located in southern Etruria, at the central Etruscan capital and medieval city of Tarquinia, an archaeological site of international fame and a city with an intense cultural life where guests can experience the important traditions of 3000 years of history.
