The Piccola Fenice ("Little Phoenix") is located right in the heart of the old historic city centre of Venice, just a stone's throw from the famous "Teatro La Fenice" Theatre and Campo Sant'Angelo, and right near both "Ateneo Veneto" University and Saint Mark's Square. Located in atypical Venetian building from the 17th Century which has recently been restored, the Piccola Fenice will welcome you in delightful suites elegantly furnished with top-class materials. Although it is located in the city centre, the building is extremely quiet because it is positioned in one of the quieter city street.
Guests can choose from 7 elegant suites, all recently restructured and furnished in old Venetian style. The suites have air conditioning/heating, safes, a direct telephone line with your own private number, colour TVs, mini-bars, kettles, electric coffee machines and anything else you might need to make a lovely breakfast in your own room. Each suite has its own private en-suite bathroom, with shower and bathtub and almost all the suites have a living room with a sofa bed for one or two people.
