"La quiete in città" ("the quiet in town") is an apartment that can be rented for brief periods either as a bed and breakfast or independent apartment. The building is located in Via Courmayeur in a quite and peaceful residential area some 5 kilometres from the historical centre of Rome. An ideal place, then, for those who, after an exhausting day of visits to historical monuments and museums, or of shopping excursions in the centre's streets, seek repose in a serene and calming environment.

The apartment is elegantly decorated in modern style and consists of a spacious salon with double sofa bed, to which two extra beds can be added, a habitable kitchen, a bathroom, a large sleeping room with double bed (plus one extra bed if needed), and two balconies. All windows look out on the surrounding trees and bushes. The heating is autonomous, while the rooms are provided with air-conditioning and satellite TV. The apartment can host up to 6 persons.

"La quiete in città" certainly provides a perfect solution when you come to Rome on business, but also when you need to stay close to the Policlinico Agostino Gemelli hospital, the Columbus clinic or the San Pietro hospital. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are all nearby.

Via Courmayer is situated in the northern part of town, between Via Camilluccia and Via Cassia. Important points of reference in this area are the Olympic Stadium and the Department of Foreign Affairs ("La Farnesina"). The quarter is next to the Parioli district, which in its turn borders the historical centre. By staying in this bed and breakfast, you will find yourselves in of the finest and renowned districts of Roma.

The house has a free parking space in the condominium garage accessed through an electric gate.

"La quiete in città" is an ideal place for those who prefer the green tranquillity of an elegant residential district to the crowds and hectic traffic of the Roman centre.
