The twin holiday apartments occupy the central part of the house. "Il Pratino" is on the ground, "Il Tramonto" on the first floor. Both apartments have their own parking area and entrance from the rear. The twin two-rooms apartments are free all year around and can be rented per week or per week-end; they are comfortable and well equipped.
Such a nice landscape as well as the nearby river Elsa together with three small lakes invite you to stroll around. Besides, its privileged geographic location gives the opportunity to take daily excursions to some of the most interesting old Tuscan towns, rich in history, art and architecture. For example, you can reach Siena in a half an hour, Florence in an hour, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni are reachable in a quarter of an hour.
"La Bufalaia" lies just 8 K ms from Colle di Val d'Elsa, well known for its production of lead crystal, where visitors can find facilities such as shopping centres, sport centres and a Bus connection to Siena, Firenze,Volterra etc.
