"L'Isola che non c'è" (The island which does not exist) is a completely renewed villa at only 300 meters form the beach of Fontane Bianche . Fontane Bianche (White Fountains), named after the numerous natural fresh water springs of the area, is at 15 km from the beautiful town of Syracuse, on the Western coast of Sicily, among wild cliffs and fabulous beaches caressed by crystal blue waters. The villa offers to its guests 6 small apartments with private outdoor area (balcony or veranda) equipped with chairs, sun-umbrellas and sun chairs.

The property is composed of 6 independent apartments of different sizes. Each unit has fully equipped kitchenette. Much importance has been given to design and interior decorations: the result is an original and cheering environment. Comfort is assured by the many facilities that the apartments offer: TV, air-conditioning, hair-dryer in each bathroom. The apartments, which can host from 2 to 4 people each, are all connected to each other, so to create more space for bigger groups of guests.

Beds are all queen-size and built on a base of turquoise glass to make the environment more charming and original. Bathrooms are equipped with all main comforts, such as brand new shower units and hair-dryers. The kitchenette is 1,20 metres wide and can be closed to save space when not in use. Each apartment has its own veranda or private terrace furnished with tables, chairs and sun chairs. All have also TV and air-conditioning.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden, where local Mediterranean plants and a fresh pinewood will assure you enough shadow during the day. Moreover, guests of the property can use the private beach of Fontane Bianche for free.
