Located in Calci in Toscana (Tuscany), the "I Ligustri" bed and breakfast offers you the chance to stay in a beautiful country villa amongst a large green park, just 10 km from the artistic treasures of Pisa. The owners, Leonardo and Elisabetta, will help you with all your needs, making sure your stay here is a magnificent holiday in a family-run atmosphere where you will feel "right at home".

The B&B offers its guests three double rooms which share two bathrooms, and an independent apartment for up to 5 people. The B&B is furnished with style and sense. The rooms are large and well-lit and the bathrooms are new.

When the weather is good, you can have your breakfast in the cool garden, also available whenever you just want to relax.

The B&B building is also really near monuments of both historic and cultural interest ("Certosa di Calci" Carthusian Monastery, a Romanesque church, the S. Giulia church, a medieval stronghold and the Abbey of S. Agostino) and sites of scientific interest, like the Natural History and Territory Museum, one of the oldest in Italy and opened at the behest of the Grand Duke of Tuscany. It is also easy to get to the "San Rossore Migliarino Massaciuccoli" Park, just 20 km away.

Around here, there are several places for shopping and sports facilities like swimming pools and tennis courts. You can go for horse rides, rent bicycles or go on guided visits on foot in the surrounding hills and in the nearby Natural History Museum.

Another treat is the bus stop for Pisa right in front of the B&B. The B&B, then, is just 10 km from Pisa airport.

On request, your hosts will let you taste exquisite "Theme dinners" (minimum of 6 people required) to make your stay truly unforgettable, as you enjoy the delightful food and wine of this area.
