Casa Palmira is a large cleverly-restructured barn which is part of a rural building, a "tower house" which goes back to the year 1000, for guarding an old road leading from Signoria Fiorentina to Mugello and the Apennine.

Asssunta and Stefano take care of the guests, with warmth and spontaneity, so that they feel like old-time travellers telling their stories, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere enriched by Assunta's fine cooking.

The garden has a pergola, a large lawn and orchards with all the season's varieties of vegetables, which Assunta uses for her recipes.

The green of Casa Palmira lets the guests really live the Tuscan countryside.
