Capracotta farm residence is situated in Roccastrada in the province of Grosseto, in the middle of a charming area, rich in precious historic and cultural sites and lovely natural landscapes you simply cannot miss. Capracotta farm residence is composed of five completely renovated apartments with all mod cons which have all separate entrances. The accommodation is surrounded by a huge 3000 square metres garden and by 18 hectares where cereals, forage, olive trees all kinds of vegetables are grown. In the garden you can use a brick-made barbecue for dinners or enjoy the sun or relax under the shadow of green pine trees, the ideal place for having a rest, making conversation with other guests or reading in absolute tranquillity.

All the area can be visited by horse-riding, on foot or by mountain-bike, enjoying the typical Tuscan landscape and wonderful panoramas of the sea and of the medieval villages all around the nearby hills.

Thanks to its location, Capracotta farm residence can be the ideal starting point for visiting many important historic and cultural places of southern Tuscany like the medieval villages of Montemassi, Roccatederighi, Sassofortino, Tornella and Massa Marittima (just 20 km away). Towards Grosseto in addition, there is Roselle, an interesting Etruscan-Roman and medieval village.
