We can offer you 2 double/triple rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds joinable bathrooms with shower and the kitchen, so also small groups are welcome! If you will arrive by car, there's a free parking at open air or guarded low-cost garage so you could avoid to pay a parking in Venice that can cost till 24 euro per day!!!

The bus stop to Venice or to the railway station is in 50 mt as the stop to the airports. The transport service is guaranteed 24 hours on 24. Mestre is the modern part of Venice,here you can find ,after visiting Venice, severals shops, restaurants and pubs at more reasonable prices than the old town.
