Situated some 15 minutes from Piazza San Marco and a stone's throw away from the Biennale of Modern Arts and the Arsenal, Alla Fontana is a gracious independent structure, an ideal residence for those who wish to experience the city of Venice in complete autonomy and independence but without spending a fortune, and while immerging themselves in the real life of the Venetians. In fact, Alla Fontana is located in the famous quarter of "Castello," which has preserved the singular characteristics of an unaltered "Venezianità" until today.
Alla Fontana is located on the first floor of a typical Venetian building with a pleasant view and without elevator. It is composed of a double-bedded room, a well-equipped kitchen , a small room that can host up to two other persons, and a bathroom with shower. The furniture is sober and functional, selected to welcome the guests with every convenience. The apartment is provided with bedclothes and bath towels, while in the kitchen you will find all the necessary breakfast ingredients at your disposal.
Pleasant and easy strolls take you to really any tourist attraction in the centre of town, while the beautiful and famous beaches of the Lido are easily reachable by canal boat in a few minutes.
