A real farmhouse a stone's throw from Caserta, Pompei and the Amalfi Coast
On the green hillock of a luxuriant hill, which was chosen by Cicerone and Attico as their holiday resort, which offered hospitality also to Fabio Massimo and Hannibal's army while in Capua, in one of the most beautiful sites of the Campania region, you will find the farmhouse "Colleverde". It is located next by to a 19th century country house, where the landlords live. The farm is very well managed and is renowned for its delicious wine. The land is cultivated with olives, hazelnuts, cherries and other varieties of fruit trees.
The Colleverde farmhouse is composed of 12 studio apartments. Each one can host up to 2 people and has kitchenette, bathroom, independent heating, TV, and a big balcony overlooking the park. At guests disposal also 3 two-room apartments which can host up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children). Each of these larger apartments has a spacious double room, a big dining room with a kitchenette, bathroom, TV and a nice view over the park. Electricity, water, gas and bed linen supply are included in the rate.
During your stay at Colleverde, you will try fine local specialities in the cosy atmosphere of the dining room with a fireplace or relax in the comfortable sitting room with piano bar and TV.
Just outside the house, a nice swimming pool, a gazebo and a rock barbeque. Here you can relax in the shadow of old oak trees listening to the murmuring of the farmhouse's small stream.
The Reggia di Caserta (13 km), Pompei, Naples, Ischia island , Capri, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast can be easily reached from this farm.
Here you will enjoy the wonderful relaxing atmosphere of the country, beautiful nature and the shadow of old oak trees. Guests are given the opportunity to buy farm products, to take part in different farm activities, to go for a horse ride or to explore the mountains nearby with the support of local guides.
