The island of Lipari is the biggest of the islands forming the Aeolian Isles Archipelago, just a few miles north of Sicily. On this enchanting Island the small town of Lipari is made by narrow alleys, small shops, family managed Restaurants. Directly accessible from Lipari (from the other smaller villages on the island) many beaches (rocky and sandy) with easy access: a paradise for underwater divers.
Guests of the island should not miss a breakfast in one of the small bars which face the harbour, tasting the typical Sicilian Brioches with “Granita”.
The island is easily linked to the other islands forming the archipelago: Vulcano, Salina, Panarea, Stromboli, Alicudi and Filicudi.
Surely a paradise for underwater divers and sea lovers, Lipari offers many possibilities for those looking for stunning views and for those who cannot miss some Culture: breathtaking panoramas from Belvedere Quattrocchi and an interesting museum (Museo Archeologico Regionale Eoliano)
